1. Set specific, meaningful goals. Write them down and make them visible.

4. Set a deadline

5. Start small

6. Get off the failure cycle

7. Surround yourself with winners

8. Remember your why

10. Get up earlier / Go to bed earlier

11. Be a learner

12. Welcome challenges

14. Get an accountability partner/group
