We all want to have healthy relationships, but what does that even look like? Last episode we discussed Healthy vs. Addictive Love and shared comparisons #1-6, today we complete the list with comparisons #7 – 10!
If you haven’t already listened to Part 1 – you can go back and listen to it here: Healthy vs. Addictive Love (Part 1)
Let’s get started!
7. Healthy Love creates a deeper sense of ourselves the longer we’re together. Addictive love creates a loss of self the longer you are together.
8. Healthy love gets easier as time goes on. Addictive love requires more effort as time goes on.
9. Healthy love is satisfied with the partner we have. Addictive love is always looking for more or someone better.
10. Healthy love teaches that we can only make ourselves happy. Addictive love expects the other person to make us happy and demands we try and make them happy.
