Boundaries! Many people struggle with knowing what are appropriate boundaries and when to implement them. If you struggle with boundaries, the idea of saying “no” to someone will probably make you cringe, however, if you would like to feel less stressed and less burn out, learning to say “no” more often is the exact prescription that you need.  In today’s episode we introduce the basics of boundaries and how those who have good boundaries are often happier and more loving.
