This is the place for you. Personalized Therapy
We are sure that you have found yourself looking at this page and many others because you are in a difficult place and want to find your way out. Let us reassure you, THIS is the place for you.
This is the place where you will be met with care and understanding, where you will not just begin to look at your life and see things differently, but you will be able to gain a vision for what you want your life to be. In this place, we won’t just listen to you; we will really hear and understand you. We will provide personalized therapy. We identify specifically what you need and work to ensure that you get the care that will help you solve your problems.
Instead of waiting for things around you to change, we will help you to be the change that transforms your life.
Even if another place didn’t work, this is the place for you.
We often hear from our clients that they have tried therapy before and got little help, but after coming to us they were able to find the help and direction that they needed.
We understand that sometimes life is harder than you anticipate and that you never thought you would need therapy, but here you are. We can help you gain a sense of self assurance that you never thought you could have.
As a husband and wife team, let our family help you and your family. You are worth it. Your marriage is worth it. Your family is worth it.
That’s Why This is The Place for You
ABOUT US
Timothy Olson
I have been counseling since 2008 and in private practice since 2015. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in individual, couples and family therapy.
As a graduate of California Baptist University specializing in childhood disorders, I currently work with a broad spectrum of clients. Among my areas of expertise are Asperger’s Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, marital conflict, trauma and parent-child relationships.
In addition to being a prominent relationship therapist, I have presented marital workshops in the Corona area.
I am an interactive, eclectic therapist drawing from many theoretical orientations to tailor the therapy process to each unique person. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. With compassion and understanding, I work with everyone to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.

You are not alone. So often we feel like we’re the only one facing these overwhelming emotions, paralyzing life circumstances, and things from the past that weigh us down. We feel like we’re just faking it ‘til we make it, and we wonder when the people around us will see that it is a façade that we struggle to uphold daily.
You don’t have to be alone on this journey toward healing. I can help! I understand the overwhelming emotions and the sheer emotional exhaustion you are experiencing. It’s draining to constantly feel trapped, let down, and alone. I understand how frustrating it is for you to want to change, but just not being able to.
I want to help you overcome the PTSD, depression and anxiety you are experiencing. Help is here! I have the tools and training to help you overcome your past, to fully heal, to find hope, to live life being the best version of yourself!
My approach is very personal. I take the time to get to know you, so that I can tailor my approach to meet your specific and unique needs. Making changes in your life is hard work, but I will be here to encourage, challenge, and guide you.
One of the approaches I use is EMDR, which is quick and effective and will help you take back your life. With EMDR, you can bring true closure to experiences that have held you back.
